CBSE Class 9 Deleted Syllabus 2025: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) undertook the process of deleting a portion of the syllabus for students of classes 9-12 after the Covid-19 pandemic. This action was taken with the aim to reduce the load on students. CBSE shared the updated syllabus on its website so that students prepared for the examinations as per the latest syllabus only.
Accordingly, the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) also revised its textbooks for the benefit of the students. The same deletion will be followed for the academic session 2024-25. The topics/chapters that were removed will not be assessed in the 2025 examinations.
