LIC has released a total of 9394 vacancies for LIC ADO in all the 8 zones of the country, i.e. East, West North, South, Central, North Central, South Central and East Central location of the country. LIC ADO Eligibility Criteria 2023

The candidates who wish to apply for the LIC ADO exam 2023 must note that it is mandatory to full fill the LIC ADO eligibility criteria that consisting of age limit, nationality, work experience, and educational qualification. We have mentioned to you the LIC ADO eligibility below:

LIC ADO Age Limit

The age limit for LIC ADO shall be between 21 years to 30 years. This means that the candidate should not have been born before 2 January 1993 and not later than 1st January 2023 (both dates inclusive) as on 1st January 2023.  

LIC ADO Educational Qualification

In order to apply for LIC ADO 2023 exam, a candidate must hold a Graduation degree in any discipline from a government-recognized university OR Fellowship of Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai. The result of the candidate must have been declared on or before 1st January 2023. 

LIC ADO Work Experience

Candidates must have work experience as on 1st January 2023 to be able to apply for LIC ADO exam. We have mentioned the work experience requirement in the following given table:

LIC ADO selection process is done through online test, interview and medical examinations. LIC ADO Exam Pattern

LIC ADO exam is held in three stages, Prelims, Mains and Interview. However, the candidates who are LIC Agents & LIC Employees appear only for Mains, Interview, and Medical Exam. The LIC ADO 2023 exam pattern has been mentioned in the following given table:

• LIC ADO Prelims is the first stage of the LIC ADO exam 2023. 
• There shall be three section in it, Reasoning, Numerical Ability and English Language. 
• English Language is qualifying in nature and its marks will not be used for ranking purposes.
• There shall be a sectional timing as well in the LIC ADO Prelims exam of 20 minutes each to each section.

• Candidates who will qualify the LIC ADO Prelims exam shall be called to appear for the Mains exam.
• The LIC ADO Mains exam pattern varies for employees, agents and other category candidates.

LIC ADO Interview

LIC ADO interview is held for those candidates who qualify the Mains exam. It is mandatory to appear for the interview as its marks will be used o declare the final result. The maximum marks for the interview are 40. 

LIC ADO Salary

LIC ADO salary will be a fixed amount that shall be paid as a stipend of Rs. 51,500 per month. A Probationary Development Officer at a specified Headquarter in the area will be placed in the scale of Rs 35,650-2200(2)-40,050-2595(2)-45,240-2645(17)-90,205 plus allowances and other benefits. Candidates selected as LIC ADO will be on probation for a period of 1 year from the date of commencement of the training.

Apart from receiving the salary, the candidates will also be paid gratuity, defined contributory pension scheme, LTC, medical benefit, group insurance, group personal accident insurance, vehicle advance (2-wheeler/4-wheeler), reimbursement towards cost of brief case/leather bag, mobile handset etc. as per rules. 

LIC ADO 2023 Cut Off

LIC ADO 2023 cut off shall be declared for along with the LIC ADO result. Cut off is the minimum marks that is to be scored by the candidates in each stage of the LIC ADO exam to be eligible for final selection. LIC ADO 2023 Admit Card

LIC will release the LIC ADO Admit Card 2023 for each stage of the exam, i.e. Prelims, Mains and interview, wherever applicable. Candidates will e able to download the call letter 10 days before the exam date from LIC official website. The LIC ADO admit card bears the details related to the exam, such as exam date, exam centre address, reporting time, exam day instructions, etc. It is a mandatory document that must be carried by each candidate to the exam hall.

LIC ADO 2023 Result

Life Insurance Corporation of India will release LIC ADO result 2023 on its official website. The result is released for Prelims, Mains and Interview separately. The result shall bear the marks scored by the candidates, i.e. scorecard. The LIC ADO merit list is released on the basis of the marks scored by candidates in Mains and interview.
