Railway exams are conducted by the  RRB (Railway Recruitment Board) and RRC (Railway Recruitment Cells). Millions of candidates apply for the railway exams when the notification is released. RRBs are responsible for carrying out railway recruitment in the technical, paramedical, and ministerial departments. RRB NTPC 

RRB NTPC full form is Railway Recruitment Board Non-Technical Popular Categories. RRB NTPC is one of the most sought after railway exams. RRB recruits graduate and 12th pass candidates for the RRB NTPC exam. The age limit for 12th pass posts is 18 to 30 years while that for graduate posts, it is 18 to 33 years.

RRB Group D 

RRB Group D exam consists of posts such as Helper/Assistant Pointsman, Track Maintainer Grade-IV, under Level 1 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix in various departments of Indian Railways. Candidates must have passed class 10th from a recognised unviersity and must be between 18 to 33 years. The posts under RRB Group D is given below here.

RRB JE 

RRB JE full form is Railway Recruitment Board Junior Engineer, formerly known as Railway Recruitment Commission. RRB JE recruitment is done for the recruitment of Group C and Group D non-gazetted posts. RRB JE exam is conducted for the recruitment Junior Engineers in departments such as Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Signal & Telecommunication, and Traffic Transportation.

RRB ALP

RRB ALP stands for Assistant Loco Pilot. Candidates should have passed their 10/SSLC & ITI/Course Completed Act Apprentices or Diploma/Degree in Engineering to apply for RRB ALP exam. On the other hand those willing to apply for Technician post must have completed Class 10/SSLC plus ITI/ Course completed Act Apprentices or 10+2 with Physics and Maths or Diploma in Engineering.Those between the age of 18 to 28 years are eligible to apply for the RRB ALP exam.
