Miranda House is a public womens college in Delhi, affiliated to Delhi University. It was established in 1948 in New Delhi, India, ranked at 1st position as per NIRF-Rankings 2023. Miranda House is accredited with an ‘A+’ grade by the NAAC. The College provides scholarships based on merit and financially weaker sections. Some of these scholarships include Shri Balak Ram Scholarship, University of Delhi Women's Association Scholarship and All India Entrance Scholarship.
Miranda House College, Delhi offers course admissions to undergraduate and postgraduate courses.The UG and PG admissions 2023 are done on the basis of CUET (Common University Entrance Test), CUET UG and CUET PG respectively. Candidates are required to register for CUET conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency) and for Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) portal for admission. Counselling for CUET UG 2023 will be conducted separately by the participating institutions. The CUET UG Counselling is likely to be held between July and Aug. University of Delhi has released the dates for the first, second, and third DU CSAS Seat Allocation Lists which will be out on Aug 1, Aug 10, and Aug 22, 2023, respectively for all the categories. Candidates willing to apply for DU admission 2023 at Delhi University-affiliated/ constituent colleges must register themselves for CUET examination and appear for the same.
According to NIRF reports 2023, 93 UG and 20 PG candidates got placed and the median package offered is INR 6 LPA and INR 6.25 LPA respectively. Top recruiters such as BYJUs, Yes Bank, Accenture, Zee Media, One Plus, Dell, Bajaj, ICICI Bank, etc., visited Miranda House for hiring students.
