IIFT 2024 exam will be held in December 2023.NTA will declare IIFT 2024 notification tentatively by the last week of September 2023. IIFT is a national level entrance exam that is conducted by the NTA annually for those who are keen to pursue MBA. Candidates have to appear for the written exam followed by an extempore and personal interview. Those who are shortlisted based on these criteria will be eligible for admission into the 3 IIFT campuses.

What is IIFT Exam?

IIFT exam is the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade exam that is conducted annually for candidates who wish to pursue MBA. The IIFT scores are accepted by the three institutes that are located in Delhi, Kolkata and Kakinada. The IIFT exam is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on behalf of IIFT. Foreign/NRI/PIO candidates are also eligible to apply for IIFT exam based on GMAT score.

IIFT 2024 Exam Date

The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade is expected to release the IIFT notification 2024 in September 2024 while the exam will be held in December 2024. Check out the important dates related to IIFT exam in the table below. 

IIFT 2024 Eligibility

Only those candidates are eligible to fill the IIFT who possess the IIFT eligibility criteria that is specified by it in its notification. The IIFT educational qualification, percentage required are mentioned below. 

• Candidates must have a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university. 
• Candidates who are from General category should have obtained at least 50% in their graduation. SC/ST/PWD category candidates should have obtained at least 45% in their graduation. 
• Candidates who are in their final year of graduation are also eligible to apply for IIFT 2024 exam. 
• Candidates who have a professional degree such as CA/CS are also eligible to apply for IIFT exam.

IIFT 2024 Application Form

IIFT 2024 application form can be filled through online mode only. The candidates must fill out the IIFT form carefully with all the details correctly mentioned, upload documents and pay the application fee. The steps to fill the IIFT application form are as follows: 

• Visit the official website of IIFT which is iift.nta.nic.in/
• Click on the link that displays 'Apply for IIFT MBA (IB) 2024-26' and click on the registration link.
• Fill in the basic details and click on submit button. 
• Create a password and choose a security question. 
• Make sure to note down the IIFT registration number and log in again to complete the application form. 
• Upload the photograph, signature and left hand thumb impression in the correct size and format. 
• Select the exam centre as per your choice through the dropdown menu. 
• Pay the application fee through online mode.
• Make sure to take a print out of the IIFT 2024 application form for further use.

IIFT 2024 Selection Procedure

IIFT selection process involves a written exam that is conducted by the NTA. The qualified candidates from the IIFT written exam are then called to appear for the extempore and personal interview. 

IIFT Exam Pattern 2024

IIFT exam is an online test that is conducted annually. The exam duration is 2 Hours where a candidate has to attempt 110 questions from  VARC, General Knowledge, Logical Reasoning & Data Interpretation and Quantitative Analysis. IIFT Shortlisting Criteria 

The criteria for shortlisting candidates for IIFT 2024 admission is done through WAT-GD/Extempore-PI. You must note that the scores mentioned are from 2022 admission criteria. 

IIFT 2024 Admit Card

IIFT admit card 2024 will be issued to the candidates who successfully register for the exam. Candidates will be able to download the IIFT admit card from the NTA website.
