COMEDK Exam 2024: Result Out, Cut Off, Merit List, Syllabus

COMEDK UGET is a competitive entrance exam that is held each year. The full form of COMEDK UGET is Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka. This exam is held annually for admission of candidates into B.Tech/B.E courses in the engineering colleges across Karnataka. Candidates can begin to download the COMEDK UGET result 2024 from 24 May onwards. 

COMEDK UGET 2024 Exam

COMEDK UGET exam is a state level exam that is conducted for admissions to engineering colleges in Karnataka. COMEDK full form is the Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka that conducts UGET. The exam is held for undergraduate admissions for admission to BE/BTech courses. Candidates are selected on the basis of the COMEDK UGET scores.

COMEDK UGET 2024 Exam Latest Updates 

The consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka will release the COMEDK UGET result 2024 on 24th May 2024. The exam was held on 12 May 2024. Those who appeared for the exam will be able to check the result online on COMEDK website. 

The COMEDK UGET 2024 registration date was revised by the authorities. Candidates who could not fill the COMEDK UGET registration process had to do it by 10th April 2024. The authorities have activated the COMEDK UGET 2024 registration link on the website, comedk.org. Students who have passed 10+2 from a recognized board can apply for COMEDK UGET. 

>> 20th May: COMEDK UGET result 2024 will be published by the Consortium on May 24. 

>>16th April: The candidates can begin to make corrections in the COMEDK form. 

COMEDK UGET 2024 Exam Date 

The COMEDK UGET exam 2024 will be held on 12th May 2024. The candidates had to apply for the exam from 1st February to 10th April 2024. COMEDK UGET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

FOR UG ENGINEERING COURSES

Candidates applying for the B.E./B. Tech must have completed the Second PUC or 10+2 Higher Secondary or equivalent examination recognized by State / Central Government with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with English as a compulsory subject.

Candidates from the General category must have secured a minimum of 45% marks and students from the Reserved Category must have secured a minimum of 40% in the qualifying exam. 

Students must note that Diploma candidates are not eligible to take the Entrance Test as there are no lateral entry admissions.

FOR UG ARCHITECTURE COURSES

The qualifying exam for admission to the B.Arch course is Second PUC or 10+2 Higher Secondary or Equivalent Examination. 

General Category students must have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (45% for SC, ST, and OBC candidates of Karnataka) and also at least 50% marks in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination (45% for SC, ST and OBC candidates of Karnataka) or passed 10+3 Diploma examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC, ST and OBC candidates of Karnataka) and should have passed these subjects individually.

All the candidates must also pass the NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture)

COMEDK UGET 2024 examination Registration and Application process is conducted in online mode. To apply for the COMEDK UGET 2024 entrance exams, candidates are required to visit the official website and complete the registrations through the link which is available on the official website. > Each correct answer will be awarded 1 mark

> There will be no negative marking for wrong answers

COMEDK UGET 2024  Admit Card

The COMEDK UGET 2024 Admit Card will be available on the official website. To download the admit card candidates are required to visit the official website and enter the COMEDK UGET 2024 Login credentials in the link given. COMEDK UGET 2024 Result

The result of the COMEDK UGET 2024 exam is declared online on the official website. The results will be announced after the students complete the process of raising objections against the provisional answer key. COMEDK UGET 2024 Cut-off

The cut-off of the COMEDK UGET exam is the minimum mark determined by the consortium and its participating institute. Candidates must score equal to or above the cut-off set by the participating institutes. No candidate will be offered admission if he does not score above the cut-off. Each participating institute will release its set of cut-offs separately for each branch based on several parameters such as the difficulty level of the exam, number of seats available, applications received, and category of a candidate.
